Jermaine Rivers is an award winning actor, Georgia native and published author with three novels to his credit titled  "The Nemesis Chronicles".  His work ethic both on and off screen has led him to being cast in roles opposite  academy award winners like Al Pacino, Richard Dreyfuss and Danny Glover.

 

Since his breakout role in The Sacrament (2012)  Jermaine has experienced a constant string of success landing principal, lead and supporting roles in SAG and Independent films.

He is most notable for his role as Shatter on Marvel's "The Gifted" opposite Stephen Moyer (True Blood) and Amy Acker (Person of Interest).  Jermaine is also recurring on the 2016 MacGyver reboot where he reprised the role of bounty hunter Frank Colton, one fourth member of  The Coltons a family of Bounty Hunters that was part of the original MacGyver series.

 

Some of Jermaine's other notable roles was as the notorious Officer Carter in season 3 of "Devious Maids" and a guest star recurring role as Officer Holmes in season 5 of Perry's "The Haves and Have Nots". " His performance in the "Don't Fall Victim" commercial spot contributed to an Emmy nomination and win at the 2015 Southeast Emmy's.
