Rob Gordon

 

Rob Gordon is a rising Actor, Comedian, Producer and Entrepreneur from Washington, DC. Gordon scored his first acting gig in the 2013 Ashes of Phoenix film as "Jordan" and he debuted in his first stand-up comedy special, Problematic, on Amazon Prime in 2020. Gordon made his way to comedy after a twist of fate while he was injured playing college football at Hampton University. A friend encouraged Gordon to do what he normally does, which is to make people laugh. Thanks to his friend and God-brother, Gordon has been making us laugh ever since. He took his natural talent and bold personality to the stage. However, don't let the funny fool you! Gordon is a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. and possesses a master's degree in Architecture from Hampton University.

 

Gordon has been featured in national commercials for brands such as Guinness and The General opposite to NBA legend Shaquil O’Neal “Shaq.”  He appeared on the big screen in the BET film Holiday Heartbreak (2020) and MarVista’s Christmas Lottery (2020.) Gordon produced Intended Parents (2021) and appeared in Gaslight (2022). He landed his first leading role in the feature film Million To One (2023), which made its world debut at the ABFF (American Black Film Festival in 2023 and is an official selection at the MVAFF (Martha’s Vineyard African American Film Festival 2023).

 

More recently you can see Gordon as a series regular for the TV series HUSH on ALLBLK. He has a nonprofit called Better Breaks and is the founder of the DC Comedy Fest. Undoubtedly, Rob Gordon is steadily becoming a Hollywood go to!
